Terms of Service
“Empowering Alpine mobility through secure and transparent digital parking solutions.”
Welcome to Availlet. These Terms govern your access to our digital infrastructure. By engaging with our platform, you enter into a binding agreement designed to protect both the Alpine environment and our community.
1. Introduction
Availlet Digital AG ("Availlet," "we," "us," or "our") operates a high-trust marketplace platform connecting property owners with parking availability ("Hosts") and seasonal visitors ("Users") within Alpine tourist destinations.
Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, as well as our Environmental Impact and Privacy Policies. If you reside in a region where these terms conflict with mandatory local regulations, please contact our legal department before use.
2. User Agreements
To ensure a seamless Alpine experience, Users agree to:
- 01Account Responsibility: You must secure your digital identity. Availlet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence in credential management.
- 02Regulatory Compliance: Users must strictly adhere to local Alpine ordinances, including overnight parking bans during snow clearance events.
- 03Environmental Stewardship: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for littering or environmental damage at any Availlet location. Violation leads to permanent ban.
3. Host Responsibilities
Hosts act as guardians of the Availlet standard. By listing a space, you commit to:
Winter Readiness
Hosts are responsible for maintaining safe access during snowfall. If a spot is inaccessible due to ice or snow, it must be marked “Unavailable” in the real-time dashboard.
Authorization
You warrant that you hold all necessary rights, titles, and interests to permit third-party parking, including compliance with community-specific bylaws.
Policy Note: Listings with more than three verified accessibility complaints per season are subject to mandatory review and possible suspension from the Availlet network.
4. Payment Terms
Transactions are managed via our encrypted payment gateway. Availlet applies a standard service commission to maintain infrastructure and 24/7 mountain support.
Service Fees
A dynamic fee (approx. 8-12%) is calculated based on region and duration to cover environmental taxes and platform maintenance.
Refund Window
100% refund for cancellations >48 hours. 50% refund for <24 hours. Weather-related force majeure is handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Liability & Dispute
While we facilitate the connection, Availlet does not own, manage, or control the physical parking spaces. The contract for use of space is directly between the User and the Host.
Availlet provides a Resolution Center for disputes. Any legal action arising from physical damage or theft remains the responsibility of the involved parties and their respective insurance providers.
