How does Availlet work?
With Availlet, you can search for available parking near you or at your destination, reserve instantly, and pay online. After booking, you receive all the key details so you can arrive stress-free.
How do I find the parking spot?
After a successful booking, you’ll receive the exact address and all access instructions. In the app, you can navigate directly to the spot.
Can I book in advance?
Yes. You can reserve parking ahead of time and secure your spot for a specific period.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your parking spot is reserved for the booked time window. If your arrival is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the host via the platform.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Bookings cancelled at least 72 hours before start receive 75% back, at least 24 hours before start receive 50% back, and less than 24 hours before start receive 25% back. From the booking start onward, no refund applies.
What if the spot isn’t available?
In the rare case there’s an issue, our support team will help you as quickly as possible to resolve it or find an alternative.
Can I extend my booking?
If the spot is still available for your desired time, you can extend your booking. Extensions can be done conveniently in the app.

How do I become a host?
Create a host profile, add your contact details, and complete Stripe onboarding. Once your spot is approved and listed, drivers can book it online.
What information do I need to list a spot?
You need the address, photos, pricing, availability, access details, and the largest vehicle type the spot can support. Clear instructions help guests arrive without support issues.
How do host payouts work?
Host earnings are calculated from settled bookings after platform fees and refunds. Payout availability depends on Stripe account status and the booking lifecycle.
Can a host cancel a booking?
Yes, but host cancellations refund the guest in full. The booking is marked as cancelled and the time slot becomes available again.
Can I pause or disable my parking space?
Yes. You control when your parking space is available. You can adjust availability or pause bookings whenever you need to.

Managed Parking

Service and review process for larger parking areas

What is the managed parking service?
The managed parking service is for larger parking areas where Availlet helps review, prepare, and operate the space as a bookable parking location. It is designed for owners who want a more supported setup than a standard self-managed listing.
Which parking spaces are a good fit?
A good fit is usually a larger private lot, hotel parking area, garage, or business parking space in a place with regular visitor demand. Availlet reviews access, location, quality, and expected demand before moving forward.
How do I request managed parking?
Use the managed parking lead form and share the location, number of spaces, access details, and photos if available. The Availlet team reviews the information and follows up if the space fits the managed service.

Is my data secure?
Yes. availlet complies with European data protection standards (GDPR). Your personal data and payment information are processed securely and are not shared with third parties.
I cannot access my account. What should I do?
Check that you are using the same email or sign-in provider you used to register. If the issue continues, contact support and include the email address linked to your account.

Payments

Billing, refunds, and secure transactions

How do I pay?
Payment is completed securely online during checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed via our payment provider Stripe.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All costs are shown transparently before you complete your booking.
When do refunds arrive?
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need several business days to show the refund on your statement.
