How does availlet work?
With availlet, you can search for available parking near you or at your destination, reserve instantly, and pay online.
After booking, you receive all the key details so you can arrive stress-free.
How do I find the parking spot?
After a successful booking, you’ll receive the exact address and all access instructions.
In the app, you can navigate directly to the spot.
Can I book in advance?
Yes.
You can reserve parking ahead of time and secure your spot for a specific period.
How do I pay?
Payment is completed securely online during checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and processed via our payment provider Stripe.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your parking spot is reserved for the booked time window.
If your arrival is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the host via the platform.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes.
Bookings cancelled at least 72 hours before start receive 75% back, at least 24 hours before start receive 50% back, and less than 24 hours before start receive 25% back. From the booking start onward, no refund applies.
What if the spot isn’t available?
In the rare case there’s an issue, our support team will help you as quickly as possible to resolve it or find an alternative.
Is my data secure?
Yes.
availlet complies with European data protection standards (GDPR).
Your personal data and payment information are processed securely and are not shared with third parties.
Can I extend my booking?
If the spot is still available for your desired time, you can extend your booking.
Extensions can be done conveniently in the app.
Are there any hidden fees?
No.
